Delete your account
Life Counter 4.0 has no account. There is nothing of yours for us to delete.
Life Counter 4.0
4.0 keeps everything on your device and sends nothing to us. To remove it all, delete the app: your games, players and settings go with it.
Account from version 3
If you had an account in version 3, its cloud data is still in Firebase. It is not deleted automatically when you switch to 4.0. There are two ways.
In the app (version 3)
- Open Life Counter version 3 and sign in.
- Tap the profile icon at the bottom right.
- Choose “Edit profile”, then “Delete account” at the very bottom.
- Confirm the deletion.
The cloud data is gone within seconds.
By email
If you no longer have version 3 or cannot sign in, write to hello@life-counter.de with the subject “Delete account” and the email address you signed in with. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

- Games
- Profile picture
- Settings
- Sign-in data
What is kept
Consumer protection law requires us to keep purchase records (such as the “Ad-free” purchase) for up to 6 months. They are anonymised, with no link to your email or a profile, and deleted automatically afterwards.
When Android goes native: once Life Counter is native on Android, we switch off the cloud service of version 3. We will announce it in the app and here beforehand.
